Gold On The Inside

A much needed beach picnic. Helen showed me her favorite beach and packed the perfect amount of gear and grub. It is quite a hike, but well worth it, we felt like we were by ourselves. It was a little cloudy, but cleared up beautifully for a great outing and a fun drive through Topanga Canyon. After the whole beach thing, I definitely get the living in California thing. Oh, the water, beautiful as it is, is really, really cold.
