A reunion in Phoenix

After Sedona, we headed to Phoenix. We spent the night at some old family friends of ours, the Dando's. John Dando was my fathers army buddy in Texas after he and John had ben drafted. Came to find out, my father had part in making sure John didn't go to Vietnam. John, is also my name sake. My father named me after him. His son, is named John as well. I haven't see him and his family in about fifteen years. We started drinking by the fire pit in the back of the house, didn't eat dinner until later, and by the time we sat down, we were all well on the way to some serious buzzes. It was an absolute blast. We took a picture of the three Johns , the first time in a long time we had all been together. We had an absolute blast, got some great rest, and learned why they are some of my parents greatest friends. Thanks again for the hospitality, Dando's.
