Gold On The Inside

I had seen this car before on the street, and didn't have the camera. Helen and I went to the Murakami Exhibit the other morning at the MOCA, and just as we pulled out of the drive way, there it was. This car is just sitting on the street. Now, the car is absolutely gorgeous from the outside, but look under it, add it up, and realize this is about a $100,000 restoration. A gorgeous car. This is a crazy thing about L.A., you see automotive masterpieces everywhere, just parked on the side of the street. This posting is for my friend Mark, who definitely would have had a special moment himself when if he saw this car.
